GREEN MEDICAL plant - from design to realization with ETI Macedonia
In order for an idea to grow into a story and come to life, a single person is needed in the beginning, who believes in it and experiences it as inspiring, trusting and encouraging. Then the story develops on its own, is gradually presented and proven, and grows into a tradition. One such story is the 70th anniversary of ETI, which together with its representative office in Macedonia tells a story every day and proves itself with its products and solutions for various projects.

For the complete implementation of the technical project and for its full functionality and safety, the installed equipment is, among other things, very important.
However, the equipment or the product itself does not perform its function if it is not properly selected and trustworthy, selected with the participation of all parties in the project.
Each individual project is not just a technical draft that grows into a facility. It is “living matter”, first in design, development, construction and then maintenance during the use of the facility. This life is breathed into the project by its producers, collaborators and users. The whole process is an incentive and a challenge for the ETI MKD office in Skopje to start cooperating with all parties involved and contribute to the successful implementation of the project. Establishing contact with the participants in each individual development of a project is not just establishing a business relationship. It is an attitude that leads to the realization not only of the project itself, but also of a successful, reliable and long-term cooperation. Such cooperation leads to a new project, new acquaintances and meeting new employees.
Such successful past cooperation with the electricity company LGM Veles has led to a renewed need to support the project for a new facility of Green Medical - a plant for the production of marijuana for medical purposes. During the installation phase of the electrical installation, the facility had high requirements due to the complexity of construction, the provision of strictly defined conditions for the cultivation of marijuana, as well as the special features of the lights used in the production process.
The ETI MKD representative office in Skopje was trusted for the needs of the Green Medical project and participated in the design of the entire electrical installation protection. Together with the electrical installation contractor LGM Veles, the entire engineering of cabinets with electrical equipment was performed. The design included complete protection of electrical installation (fuse-links with appropriate disconnectors and fuse-rails, main switches, circuit breakers, residual current circuit breakers, contactors, relays, etc.), building automation equipment and appropriate measurement of electrical network parameters. With the help of the ETICAD software tool and GSX configurator, a solution was created for the selection of HXS and GSX cabinets and the installation of equipment inside them. Furthermore, with the use of CP configurator, we also determined the compensation of reactive energy in the network.
All this required excellent cooperation and coordination with the contractor and also the investor in order to achieve the most optimal and appropriate solution for such a complex and reference facility. Further work was done on the financial construction accepted by the investor, and the whole process continued with the ordering of ETI products and their delivery. The installation of cabinets and equipment was carried out by the contractor, while full support in the workshop and on the facility itself was provided by experts from ETI MKD.
The entire engineering made it possible to overcome all changes in the project during implementation and to achieve the final functional solution in a realistically short time. All this was accompanied by appropriate documentation for the equipment (certificates, CE markings, etc.) and plans of complete cabinets with equipment, which enabled the investor to meet the requirements of European funds or co-investors. With the implemented project, the contractor received a high rating and reference for the future, with the fact that cooperation with ETI brand is the right choice.

ETI in Macedonia is a brand that offers a complete solution for carrying out even the most demanding projects.
